Architectural Integrity & Craftsmanship
Our team manages the entire process from start to finish. We take care of structural design, foundation installation (using ground-saving helical screw piles), timber framing, cladding, electrical trim-out, and internal plastering.
We plan each build around the site and design around common UK Permitted Development limits. Whether an application is needed depends on the property, location, intended use and all applicable conditions.
Based in the UK, we source the highest grade sustainable timber—including Western Red Cedar—and partner with leading manufacturers like Firestone for our EPDM roofing membranes. This commitment to materials allows us to confidently provide a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty on every project we build.
