Terms of Service

These terms govern quotations, designs, and the supply and installation of garden rooms by Roomrise Garden Rooms ("we", "us"). By requesting a quotation or proceeding with a project you accept these terms.

Quotations

Quotations are provided in good faith based on the information you give us and a site assessment where applicable. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A quotation is not a contract until a written order is accepted and any deposit received.

Planning and building regulations

We design with common Permitted Development limits in mind, but responsibility for obtaining any required planning permission or building regulations approval rests with the property owner unless we have agreed in writing to manage this on your behalf.

Site and access

You agree to provide safe access, a suitable base, and accurate information about site conditions. If unforeseen ground or access issues arise that affect the scope or cost, we will discuss these with you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and stage payments, are set out in your written quotation and contract. Work does not commence until the agreed deposit is received.

Warranties

Structural and workmanship warranties applicable to your installation are detailed in your contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to specified components such as glazing and hardware.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the works. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
